Refund policy
Order changes and cancellations Once an order has been placed, we're unable to cancel or amend it before dispatch. [⚠ I've interpreted "no cancellations" as meaning orders can't be changed/cancelled before they ship — not as removing your right to return an item after delivery, which UK law protects separately (below). If you actually meant something broader, flag it — a blanket "no returns/no cancellations ever" for standard items isn't legally enforceable in the UK regardless of what a policy states.]
Returns You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once delivered. Custom or made-to-order pieces are also non-returnable, as these are made specifically for you. [⚠ These two exclusions align with the UK's standard statutory exceptions to the online cancellation right — hygiene-sealed goods and bespoke/personalized items — which is exactly why they're allowed here; other items don't have this exception available.]
Return shipping Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method (or another available method, at your request). Please allow up to [⚠ placeholder — you didn't specify a number; 5–10 business days is a common, reasonable window] business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges We're happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund. If the replacement item is a different price, you'll be asked to pay (or will be refunded) the difference separately.
Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at chandisilverstudio@gmail.com within [⚠ placeholder — consider specifying, e.g., 48 hours of delivery] with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to request further information or decline a claim where the evidence provided does not appear to be a genuine, unaltered representation of the item received. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
